How Reliance Works

A straightforward process for sharing relevant AML/CTF verification information between your agency and Harvey Law Firm.

A Simple Process

Reliance allows the relevant client verification and AML/CTF information completed by Harvey Law Firm to be shared with an eligible real estate agency through the Securexchange / InfoTrack process, where the appropriate arrangements are in place.

1

Agent Requests Reliance

The real estate agent initiates a Reliance request through Securexchange.

2

Harvey Law Firm Completes the Checks

Harvey Law Firm undertakes the required client identification and relevant AML/CTF checks.

3

Report Is Provided

The relevant AML/CTF information is returned to the agent through the Securexchange process.

4

Agent Considers the Information

The agent considers and uses the information in accordance with its own AML/CTF obligations and arrangements.

What Can Be Included?

Verification of Identity (VOI)

Verification of identity details.

PEP checks

Screening for politically exposed persons.
